Count me in. I put on two pounds on my alaskan cruise in August and swore to lose it- instead I've put on four more pounds! I'm going to the Greek isles in September, so they've got to go!
I made a huge pot of vegetable soup today. That's what works for me. I live on soup and smoothies for a few weeks.
My smoothie is half a packet of tofu (the soft, silken kind packed in water that you find in the refrigerated section of the supermarket) a couple of pieces of fresh fruit, or a couple of handfuls of frozen fruit, and about an eight ounce glass of grapefruit juice. Pop it in the blender. It's about 350 calories and the protein from the tofu stops you getting hungry, and it gives the smoothie a great texture.
I went clothes shopping yesterday. Didn't buy much. The lighted mirrors brought my denial to a dead stop!
