My diet tip for today...I get (at Whole Foods) a whole turkey breast, usually 3-5 pounds. Season it with whatever you like. I currently am loving Montreal Steak Seasoning. Otherwise I just use salt, lots of pepper and garlic, or any of those 'rubs' they sell in little tin cans. Put the seasoned turkey breast in a roasting pan with lots of cut up celery, mushrooms, onions and carrots. Add a tiny amount of water. Roast it, carve it (I slice it into one to one and a half thick slices)and put it in the fridge. The day I cook it, it's our dinner. Then for the next few days, a turkey slice, along with what's left of those well seasoned veggies, becomes a great lunch. Low calorie, high protein, and it tastes yummy! :app: :app:
