After being off it pretty much full-time since our last cruise, I started South Beach again today. I love the way I feel when I follow the program, but I do miss my sweets. :(

I'd love to lose 20 or 25 pounds before BRAVO. My clothes fit beautifully on the last trip and that was after only about 2 months "on the beach". This time, I'm aiming higher, though. For once, I'd like to feel like I look good in a bathing suit as well.

So far, so good. I had my SB breakfast, a string cheese snack, and I'm just sitting down to a salad for lunch.

Hang in there everyone! Think how great we'll all look if we stick with it.
