I started up right after Christmas. I am working with a nutritionist. I've tried WW, Zone, Jenny Craig, but this is a custom for me plan and it works best. I fax my diary to my nutritionist every week and we have a phone appointment. I eat out a lot and we have a plan for that. I can have wine! and a few snacks that suit me to a t. It's a slow process. My goal is 10 lbs at a time. oh and when I get to 25lbs and I going to In-and-Out for a splurge!
