Donna, I appreciate the tip about back issues with the vest. Since I had neck surgery, I'll ask my doctor about it.

I also found a Danskin 10 lb. weighted vest at Wal-Mart, but think you could buy a 20 lb vest and remove some of the weights until you want/need more. It looks like a bullet-proof vest!
