Mind if I "weigh" in with you guys? I have been doing the Lindora diet since just before Thanksgiving. I know, stupid to start at the holidays but I had been talking about going for so long that the day I actually got my feet in the place was a cause for celebration. How long did it take to take off those 15, Kathy? Lindora gives a B12 shot every time you come in (I go 3x a week) and so I have been feeling pretty good. I have also heard good things about LA Weight Loss. How does it differ from Weight Watchers?
