So far, so good in dietworld. I've followed the program to the letter since Monday. I am bound and determined to finally feel comfortable in a pair of shorts by the time BRAVO comes along. :)
I like the laughing cow light cheese. If you spread it on celery stalks it makes a really good and filling snack.
Has anyone tried using acme.com? I'm thinking of trying that to avoid going to the grocery store in the beginning. (Too tempted by the stuff I'm really not supposed to eat.) I tend to be an impulse buyer, so I'm sure I waste a whole lot more than the $9.95 delivery charge.
