I use the Duncan Hines Cake Mix (Lemon) with Lemon Pudding and Sour Cream. You can get it from Duncan Hines website. It is NOT Kosher for Passover nor is it diet food. I have a sunflower bundt pan and it was very pretty. I drizzle limoncello cream over the top. You can buy limoncello cream at the store (Do you have Bevmo?) or take 3 months and make it. Use a limoncello recipe and after you cure the lemon zest in vodka, you add the sugar and use cream instead of water. Keep it in the freezer.
