Hey Don, good on you!

I haven't posted for a while because I've been drifting again. And then the weekend before last my back went into spasm, and I've been tiptoeing around trying to baby myself. Then yesterday it happened again. So here I am, in my easy chair with my feet up, with my laptop table astride, attempting to keep in touch with the office. Can't do a thing for a while. Too bad when we have enforced inactivity that we couldn't just stop eating, but my appetite has not gone away.
