When I quit, I started putting aside my cigarette money in a jar. At the time a pack was about $1.50 and at the end of 3 months I bought myself a little treat - a gold band ring they called a cigar band because of the shape. Prices have changed in the last 14 years, but, find something to reward yourself at a significant date in the quit process. A cruise, maybe?
