You guys are all awesome! I had a bad weekend. We went and saw Wicked (again!3rdtime! Great show)and I did ok at dinner, duck and vegggies, one little cosmo and no wine. but then my sister made me eggplant parmigiana yesterday and I lost all control. Today is all protein which has worked for keeping me on track so here's hoping I will be back in "the groove". Hey Don, try DooWops!
