I'm still South Beaching. I've lost four pounds total. It's not a bad diet for me since I don't have a sweet tooth. Kathy, I have eaten a lot of steak and salad in the last week so I think it is very similar to that diet you were on. Don, great idea to add strength training. I'm going to yoga three times a week and going on long walks on the other days but I think I need to step it up. Only 59 days until I leave for Lisbon!
