Joanna, I had no idea you can go weeks without smoking. You seemed like another addict, like me! If I could quit for a few weeks, I think I could conquer the thing and never do it again. We are told that quitting smoking is harder than quitting heroin (Surgeon Gen. Dr. Koop told us that years ago), and Chip, I admire your efforts. I get lectures from my kids all the time, only one out of four smokes, and the one that does? I think I would spend all my efforts to rehab her if I could only quit myself.
John, even though you are still addicted to heroine, cocaine, painkillers, etc., please tell how you quit smoking? Any aids out there we can access?
