Great idea, Bonnie. I will do that--I have been particularly thinking about turkey, since feel deprived from Christmas. Our son is a vegetarian now, so no turkey for us then!

A couple of questions: when you say a whole turkey breast, do you mean both sides? Skin on?

Do you cover it with foil or anything while it roasts? Any guidelines about how long it takes?
