Sorry to hear of your problems on the Sapphire Princess- we were on her back 1.5 years ago up to Alaska in a similar room and we loved. We had a ps in the aft of the ship and just loves those. This is sure not the way they operate at all. I am glad that you are getting the dry cleaning now. I know you have been going through the pursers desk- have you talked to the person in charge of the hotel part of the ship- he is actually 2nd in command on those ships.
We were on the Caribbean Princess 2 weeks ago- and they allowed us to call an airline while we were floating around at Princess Cays.
