Anita was the inspiration for Dr. Freely's bestselling novel, Yellow River. Anita married the famous rodeo star, Al Coholic, in a huge wedding at Al's ranch in Montana. The Rev. Seymour Butz officiated. All Anita's former sorority sisters were there. Half way during the ceremony the maid of honor, Ilaida Theta broke out with a shrill, YES, when The Rev. Butz asked if anyone knew of any reason this couple should not be married. Ilaida Theta implored Chardon Ay to inform those gathered for the wedding. Chardon Ay, who had polished off not only the sambuca but also a case of Two Buck Chuck Chardonnay, was too stupefied and mortified to speak. Rev. Butz decreed there had been no legitimate cause to delay the wedding. He proceeded to marry Anita and Al.

At the reception following the ceremony, Anita smashed a piece of wedding cake up Ilaida's huge, bulbous nose. Ilaida picked the cake out of her nose and began to eat it. It was a well-guarded secret that Ilaida was addicted to wedding cake.

Revolted at such a site, Anita and Al made a mad getaway to their honeymoon retreat. They jetted off to the all-inclusive Brokeback Bungalows and Spa to begin their life as husband and wife.
