Next time you gals do a Costco run..try the
" Bubala's Bubala's ( or could be Bubalos Bubalos) Buffalo mozzerella it is in the section where they have all the cold stuff in plastic tubs.. absolutely delicious fresh , sliced with tomatos , fresh basil and a bit of Girards' Champagne or Italian dressing..bellizimo!
