Bonnie - come on over any time! I go in streaks with cooking. I found "Food and Wine" magazine has a great selection of recipes we like and that I can manage (along with a few that will not look anything like the pictures if I attempt them!). I'll get bored with this someday but in the meantime I'm enjoying adding some variety to the menu.
