Joanna...you are too modest! strip steaks, salad and wine...doesn't sound like PB&J to me!! Can't get better than your menu. When I was in Switzerland, I would have killed for a good strip steak!!!!!!!!!!!!Now Doug and I have them often during the week...a great summer meal.
