Glad you'all liked our "summerdog" recipe that we just sort of put together - "try them, you'll like them" as the old Mikie commercial use to go! And of course you can use them for the next day you West Coasters, I mean why not??????? However, will see what we can do to post our menus by 5:00pm ECT, or 2:00pm WCT. Best part is the relish,of tomatos, cucs, onions, and seasonings, with optional chiles, can be made several hours ahead, so then.....all you have to do is grill the dogs, put out a bowl of potato chips, a small bowl of crumbled blue cheese and the mustard, and whalaaa .....dinner is ready as soon as the dogs are grilled!!!
