It is 2:45 here and I will head to the grocery store before 5 to pick up dinner - but I am lacking entree - my salad is something new I discovered at Harris Teeter - I go to their olive bar and fill container with marinated mushrooms, feta cheese, some yummy small black olives and some roasted peppers - pour that over sliced tomatoes and top with red wine vinegar - yummy -
