Well, my fish did not come out right - too dry. Flame probably too high. Looked great - but it was too firm. On the other hand the string beans did not cook so had to microwave them. It's funny that I have to adjust my cooking to the new BBQ. At least i have a three day weekend to practice. If you are in town, you are welcome to be the guinea pig.
