Jan- P.S. While we were on the ship we were very upset with how things were. Our evaluation was written in anger. I waited quite a while after we got home to try to look at this objectively. It really settled on me that training is what was missing. How could so many of the crew lack the basic courtesies? At least as far as we were concerned. I thought someone might contact us, though I'm not sure what I would say to them but I am not angry any longer. I'd like to see the things changed, but not for us. We are not going back. Still I felt the employees (crew) just didn't know any better. Liz
