Sorry Jan, you posted while I was composing. I am not saying things well but my answer to Denise should also answer yours. I am not stopping nor trying to stop you from talking to anyone. I don't think this is a matter of discipline but training that is called for. It isn't up to me to say what to do or even if they feel they need to do anything. If they are happy with how they are treating passengers and are getting fully booked ships and happy passengers, well...........
We're just used to better treatment than we got on this trip. Liz
