Denise-I did write up our comments at the end of the cruise. In fact the Purser came to our cabin to talk to us about the refrigerator complaint. We went over that issue and some others. She assured me she would personally send our comments to the Miami office for us. I don't think the supervisor talking to them will solve the problem. When the cabin attendant came rushing into our cabin denying the incident, it appeared to me that she had just been scolded not offered training.
We may be the only people writing up this type of complaint.
I have to believe that Oceania will do the right thing. Liz
