I am in agreement with Pam's statements. We really value and appreciate informative and constructive reports and reviews. For us to educate ourselves, dialogue, whether it be positive or negative, is greatly appreciated and encouraged.

I hope you will reconsider and cite specifically what unfortunate issues you encountered that were directly related to Oceania. You never know who reads these message boards. Your comments may take Oceania one, or more, steps further, in their growth and efforts to complete customer satisfaction.
