Hi Liz, I will certainly honor your request but IMHO it is not the right thing to do..Oceania spends a lot of money training people and if they are not doing their job upper management should certainly be informed or else how do they correct the problems..trutfully I would have been mad as a wet hen if those things had happened to me and would have been camped on the GM's doorstep..please let me know if you change your mind..I will not mention your name..
