This is all so horrific...on so many levels. And the silver lining (though those poor people living with no food,water,bathrooms for days won't be the least bit inspired by this) may be that our government may sit up and address some significant but basic issues particularly about the infrastructure of our cities.
Just heard that Congress is going to convene an emergencey session to pass necessary legislation to get things moving...........duhhhhhhhhhh
