Pam, I agree. At least MS and AL are now dry and rebuilding can begin. NOLA will be hurting for weeks and months.
Same in FL; although many still don't have damamge fixed from last year, at least they are in livable conditions.
I feel sorry for the law abiding citizens of NOLA and the Mississipi River Delta region of Louisiana; the looters, they can shoot them all.
