Marc...while I agree the looting is alarming, I want to add a caution that we are "seeing" what the networks are choosing to show us.
For each scene of looters, there are countless others helping each other, and they don't get repeated replays on our television screens. It just isn't as graphic.
One network in particular seems to love to show the "worst" examples.
And I dare say the NO goverment really has it's hands full on so many fronts. If they can do the job better from Baton Rouge that's where they should be.
When it's all said and done, I think right now they are focused on lives, not "stuff".
