We have been in Northern CA for the past 8 days and just returned and HAPPY to see that we too have been made whole. We had a check waiting for us covering everything from air, hotel, food, transfers, petsitting, and the cost to redeposit our unused return home FF miles to AA.

Now we look forward to KANGAROO, a 25 night cruise in place of cancelled 14 night TUT cruise.
