Suzanne, can you chime in here? I seem to recall you had a cancelled cruise where you rolled over the insurance to the next cruise. A situation arose on the second cruise, so you applied for some reimbursement to insurance. You learned, because the insurance technically started with the former cruise, you could not collect. I think this was a Silversea cruise .. or maybe the cruise where the ship was damaged in docking in the Carribean?
