Ngaire, does it even matter to submit to CSA? I am concerned about a Catch 22. If we submit for CSA, even if they don't reimburse, are we then not able to transfer the policy to replacement cruise?
Marcie, did you use snail mail or scan and email? Did you include hotel, transfers, and Athens meals?
