Made it home safely. Bummed we didn't get to enjoy a cruise and the group, but had some fun in the Greek islands.

Just got off the phone with CSA (Edgar #2311 was the rep). He has no knowledge of any offer to transfer the policy to another cruise if no claims are made. I had explained all but he seemed surprised this had been offered to anyone.

Is there someone specific we need to speak with on this option?

Has anyone else had luck with this and can give me a specific person to speak with?
