Ngaire, you are absolutely correct. CSA told me I could file a claim for anything I wanted to above and beyond the cost of the cruise. They might pay and they might not.... they just wouldn't guarantee that we would be reimbursed for air portion. Since our insurance was cruise only I saw no point in pursuing a claim when it would void the ability to use the same policy for another cruise.
