Doug, I have flown business/first (domestic) since the merger and it wasn't too bad. Other than the plane we were on was old, the service was just like it was before the merger. I think they even still do the fresh baked cookies wink (which I have a sneaking suspicion that those are just like those Pillsbury break apart and bake cookies)
