Well, after getting the United card & the bonus points, we found out that we would have to endure the awful experience of flying United. Even a few of the flight attendants have voiced complaints about the level of service (Granted, these were former Continental people).
Well, the points can always help, and I shall keep the card even after the free year expires because we will need to travel with them often enough for the baggage fees to offset the credit card charge.

My question...and I do have one.(lol)
Got an email from American for 35,000 miles after a $1,500 spend within 3 months. Is this the best deal around?
