Thanks for your Barcelona report. Wow, you and Doug sure know how to use your time efficiently! I have been in Barcelona 3 times and have not seen as much as you have.

I was surprised to read about the Majestic as it's supposed to be the "Grand dame" of hotels in Barcelona.

Did you go by the Cathedral? Is it still covered with scaffolding?
