I want to say THANK YOU for all the cards you have been sending me during my recovery from surgery. I was bombarded with love and prayers from all of you. I have traveled with most of you which put me back to the fun times aboard ship when reading the cards.
I am feeling well and ready to get back to work. I do radiation treatments M-F (21 left) and daily chemo pills - no side effects! Dr.s says they got all the GBM tumor out but the surroundings cells still need to be treated for any strays.
I do have a AMA river cruise to look forward to next month with Linda from the office. Timing could not be any better for it.
Again - thank you for your encouragement, prayers and thoughts. You all are the best.

As you know a good attitude (and a supportive family) are the best. A cruise on the horizon is also great medicine.

Happy to hear your positive news. John spent 7 wks at Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale having radiation in 2010. That fall we cruised Oceania to Egypt & Israel. Traveling is the best medicine! God's Blessings, Judy & John
