I understood exactly that you were just surpised that they had heard the word "no". Maybe some of the others just didn't catch your subtle meaning exactly. On the other had, I too, have seen what were in my opinion "petty" complaints on occasion and in those cases, I felt the same way... that the person should realize that some things are just small blips, rather than the huge problem they thought it was. Like the others, I don't like seeing Regent blasted over small things that are blown out of proportion, when I think they all try so hard to make our cruises so special.
