Penny - I hope you won't stop posting. It's important that we get input from all cruisers and we share our love of cruising. I have even less experience than you with RSSC (only 3 so far!) and while we've loved our experiences, I probably wouldn't have gone as far as to have called them perfect (though they're closer than any other cruise line we've done!). Sometimes these incidents happen. Hope that your RSSC experiences and your friends' experiences continue to be good and to improve.
