My Dad is having surgery tomorrow morning and could use some of the positive energy from this board. It's been a rollercoaster ride for almost a year and hopefully they will be able to start the needed treatment soon.

Thanks everyone - I'll post later today when I know more. He is dealing with 2 different rare diseases that they are trying to determine the best course of action. He's tough and will give it his all to fight.

Thanks everyone your messages have greatly touched me. He is out of surgery and did fine now we are waiting for the results of the biopsy which we should have tomorrow so please keep those powerful thoughts going. There is a lot to be said for the power of prayer.
Ray - I loved your quote it is so true.
Joanna - He is at St. Luke's in Jacksonville not too far from you.
