I am so very sorry, Denise!

Dear Denise,

Denise, as you already know, there are lots of us here for support and you are in our thoughts.

To my treasured and very dear LCT friends,

I have been reading these expressions of condolences and I am very overwhelmed and touched. Your kind, loving and caring words are filling my heart where a deep hole was dug when I received the news about my sister.

This has been a tremendously difficult time for my family and we are on a rollercoaster of emotions right now. I just want you all to know that I will hold in my heart everything that has been expressed, as this will sustain each of us through some very trying times ahead.

Bless you all for taking the time to post as well as privately emailing and calling me. I just can't tell you how much your prayers, good thoughts and compassion have impacted my life at this time. Alan, my family, and I thank you so very, very much. :hug:

LCTers kindness and compassion knows no bounds. It's so hard to verbalize what this thread means to me at this time. So many emotions mixed in with so many issues to tackle.

Yesterday was my first day back to work. The level of sensitivity and love demonstrated in my office was astounding. Immersing myself in work right now is a godsend. My new boss' compassion and understanding has been a blessing.

The calls and emails have been such a comfort to me. I can never say thank you enough.

So glad you felt able (or perhaps it was simply necessary) to go back to work, Denise! Each step back to 'routine' is important but also difficult. Please know that you are receiving huge huge cyber hugs from all of us...constantly!

My LCT gal pals have been so loving and supportive in this very difficult time for me. I know I've said this previously, but it bears repeating - so many of you have been there to lift me up with your emails, calls and cards.
