Okay billp1, what lines with balconies other than Oceania and soon Regent disallow this policy? I really would like to know, as, can't find any, and would appreciate your back-up to that. Although perhaps many lines are headed in this direction, I don't know of any other lines now with this policy (that I am interested in crusing). I know RCL recently announced no smoking in cabins, but allowed on balconies. I never smoke in my cabin, and am a VERY careful smoker when I go onto the balcony, don't smoke when my neighbors are out there if it bothers them.
