Anne, you are an absolute ace in the art of "understatement" if I've ever seen one. I've had my share of glitches of one kind or another over the years, but my gosh, even a cancelled cruise after boarding does not parallel this one. The new President of Regent sure came through the door to a mess. I hope it goes better for everyone from here on. Those engine problems always scare me that more is in the offing.
