Quite a large portion of Brisbane was out of power for 48 hours but those on Voyager wouldn't have been affected by that.
Anne: We had a medical emergency on our Norway cruise - very dramatic for the passengers, not to mention the poor patient!! So sorry you had to miss the Great Barrier Reef, though what an excuse to come back!
