Julie, you are right, it is a "war", and we all go through it before posting cheerily that we got flights after hours on the phone. Believe me, those points guys can help you, if help is to be had, just like the one Mike mentioned above. There are others, but they all likely have the same programs or will work a little harder to find more (who knows). I am almost relieved to write that check, knowing I will have the most comfortable flight I can get, and you never know when they will offer you FIRST on a 3 class aircraft, which is so tempting! Better save that for Asia or other outposts, when you can really get some sleep!
