Diane - I haven't used Gary, but have used Ben at PointsPros and noticed that they too do not put a phone number for contact. Guess they would never get off the phone if they did. I think Olivia had a good suggestion, mark it URGENT in the subject matter.

I have found with Ben that if he is traveling, it can be awhile before I get a response.
