LCT Voyager Veterans (e.g believe Marcie, Larry, et.al., have over 100 sea days on the Voyager) Ida and I will be on the Voyager this November for the Atlantic crossing (all sea days)...any
tips you can share (e.g., favorite location in CR/Server to request; best places for a relaxing cup of joe, breakfast; special food items to order; best place for our small (about 8-10 LCT'rs) to hold meet/greet; etc) Thanks in advance for sharing...r/wes

Skip the coffee at the coffee bar until they redo it. Ted thinks it is instant. So order room service coffee and get the same good stuff they serve in the restaurants.

Our last cruise was so port intensive I hardly got anywhere except my suite and the food venues. Sorry.

LOL Colleen, I LOVE the coffee bar coffee and I can barely drink the room service coffee. I have been known to sneak down to the coffee bar with my travel cup to I can carry back a cup to my room for breakfast coffee on the balcony.

As for the dining room coffee, I have a hard time with that as well. It is much too strong for me so I usually order a latte after dinner.

Wes --

I'm not a coffee drinker...so no help there.

We ate breakfast out on the deck aft of La Veranda every chance we could get.

You shouldn't have any problem corralling 8-10 chairs in the Observation Lounge to meet and greet -- just about any time. Or on the aft deck outside of Horizon Lounge.

No real favorite section in CR (now that the treed off smoking section is gone).

Wes, the only tables I don't care for in CR on Voyager or any of the ships for that matter, are the ones in the middle of the room. Too noisy!

I agree with Larry about the outside tables in Veranda for either breakfast or lunch! I don't think they have as many tables out there as the Mariner does.

On Ngaire's group cruises, we have often met up in the Observation Lounge before dinner. For some reason, on B2B the back end of Horizons outside seemed to be a gathering spot after dinner, bright lights and all!
