Pam: do a print screen key then paste onto a new word document ;)

I have scanned my original tier program mailing and have emailed it to Karen to see if she can figure out how to post it here.

I got the screen shot (I'm on a Mac, had to research that one), got it into a Word document, but don't know what to do now. I'll wait to see what Karen does with Suzanne's mailing.

I guess no one noticed that the Spa Treatment for Silver is now gone too. If you booked an Ultimate Skin and Body treatment you got a 25 minute massage with the treatment. Poof!

Actually, Kathy, I did notice. When I was on the Navigator in July, that 'perk' lost all its steam for me because they told you precisely what to purchase, and what you would receive for free. I had assumed that you had some choice in the matter. I just found the notification from that cruise.
"Complimentary facial is included as well as a 25 minute massage during the cruise with the purchase of "The Ultimate Face and Body Package" for an exclusive rate of $195.00"
I don't know how anyone else feels, but it seems an expensive way to get a free facial and massage.

Lynn -

It's $255 for people who are not SSS and no massage with it. Price-wise it's a fair rate for a treatment of it's caliber. A facial, Body scrub and seaweed wrap run about $250 here at the spas - without massage.

Kathy, I mentioned the removal of the spa "benefit" on Page 1, when I went tier by tier and compared. From what I had read along the way, it wasn't a benefit that impressed a lot of people.

Of the perks that did not impress me I must list the following: spa treatment, picture with captain, canapes, newspapers, bridge visit, art auction viewing.

But some of the others are worth their weight in GOLD and I treasure them. I'm not going to fuss.

Thanks, Pam - I might have missed that post. When you read posts in Today's Active Topics sometimes you miss a post.

Kathy this is arlene. Gil is silver and is entitled to the spa treatment as you mentioned. We got a note when we boarded stating that. He also is getting the complimentary pressing on formal and informal nights. Maybe they just wrote it up incorrectly on the web site?

Thanks, Arlene.

After your experience yesterday in Guatamala, I hope you got to experience that treatment! Either that or a martini or two while you are listening to Hal Fraser!

Maybe they have "grandfathered" those who met the status as of April 2006 and that would be good, as there are no benefits taken away that we have already enjoyed? At least they are not taking anything away from Gil, who was apparently Silver at inception, and still getting these benefits.

The cruise that left Dec.28th was still under the 2006. When I asked about the free newspaper they said that was starting Jan. 9 so I assume that was when the new tier levels were starting. We had no limit on pressing(gold) so I guess the limit was starting Jan 9 also. We onlyy had 2 things pressed anyway.

Has anyone written the main office or called to ask if it was just a misprint or if they're really taking away benefits they previously agreed to?

The first 3 nights we got canapes in the room and then they stopped coming. I asked Victoria (SSS Hostess) about it and she said they were eliminated with the new tier levels. I guess they forgot to stop it when the new levels began. Also the "Exclusive Platinum Event aboard or on shore" is now a combined Gold, Platinum & Titanium event. We used to get Platinum only and then a Platinum/Gold combined events. I wonder what other missing perks may show up.
